By accessing or using our Site or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site and Services immediately. Eminent Airways reserves the right to grant or revoke access to its Site and Services at its sole discretion.

1. Conditions of Use

4. Charter Bookings & Reservations

All charter bookings made through or directly with Eminent Airways are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Eminent Airways and any applicable deposit or payment has been received.

• Charter pricing is subject to change based on fuel costs, aircraft availability, routing, and applicable fees at the time of booking.

• Passenger manifests, including full legal names and identification details, must be submitted prior to departure as required by aviation regulations.

• Eminent Airways reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who does not comply with safety or regulatory requirements.

• All passengers are subject to security screening requirements as mandated by the TSA, FAA, and applicable international authorities.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the aircraft type, route, and timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled departure. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your charter agreement at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made within a short period of departure may result in partial or full forfeiture of the charter fee.

• Eminent Airways is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• In the event Eminent Airways must cancel a flight due to circumstances within our control, we will work to arrange an alternative aircraft or provide an appropriate refund.

6. Passenger Conduct & Safety

All passengers are expected to comply with crew instructions and applicable aviation safety regulations at all times. Eminent Airways and its operators reserve the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or non-compliant with regulatory requirements. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, hazardous materials, and controlled substances, are strictly not permitted on any aircraft arranged by Eminent Airways. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their baggage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Eminent Airways, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written consent from Eminent Airways.

By submitting content to Eminent Airways, including reviews, photos, or other materials, you grant Eminent Airways a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, copy, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

8. User Accounts

If you register for an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Eminent Airways reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Texas.

11. Disputes & Arbitration

Any dispute related to your use of this Site or the Services provided by Eminent Airways shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Texas in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification
